Intrigued by the ability of pole fitness to combine both strength and gracefulness in a seemingly seamless way, she fell in love with pole dancing.

“Sunsets are proof that no matter what happens, the day can still end beautifully.”
Val was a child rhythmic gymnast who was looking for a sport that replicated her passion for when she was young.
She began her pole dancing journey in 2012 and never stopped since. Val trained with static pole at the beginning and fell in love with flowing to the music on a spinning pole. She enjoys piecing different pole tricks into a combo. Her passion in pole dancing led her to participate in various pole competitions, corporate events and performances.
In her free time, Val does yoga too. Her favorite yoga pose is the Shavasana.
Watch out for this crazy shark and cat lover, who can’t wait to share her passion for pole dancing and help her students build their confidence!

“If watching is all you’re gonna do, then you’re gonna watch your life go by without ya.”
- Laverne, The Hunchback of Notre Dame
Dance has been in Ariel’s life for as long as she can remember - from ballet and contemporary, to hip hop and urban. She discovered pole dancing in 2020 and hasn’t looked back since!
Initially drawn to the grace of lyrical pole, Ariel has come to love and appreciate the many dance styles that have been incorporated into pole dancing. The versatility of the sport makes it a great outlet for creativity as well as a fun form of exercise (p.s. Ariel does NOT like exercising…)!
Ariel genuinely believes that anyone can learn to dance and has been endlessly inspired by the ever-growing and ever-supportive pole community. She hopes to introduce more people to this enriching sport that has very quickly become such a big part of her life!

“The beautiful thing about learning is that nobody can take it away from you.” - B.B. King
Since young, Rosalind often turns to music and dance as a way of relieving stress and expressing her emotions. In 2021, she began her pole dancing journey and was instantly hooked (pun intended)! Besides discovering a new obsession, she has also found the perfect way to be emotionally soothed and physically strengthened at the same time. The pole community has been very supportive, with a wonderful culture of self-love and positivity which Rosalind has been very grateful for.
Rosalind encourages everyone to try out pole dancing and let the sport bring out qualities in them that they never knew they had. She believes that it is a safe haven where you can overcome any fears and master them into new things— be it a trick or a dance routine, giving you the confidence to do the same in your everyday life as it did hers!

“Point your toes!" - Jen's Pole Instructors
Jen had no athletic or dance background, but she loves performing and being on stage. She chanced upon pole dancing and went for her first pole trial over 10 years ago. She had never looked back!
She started out doing tricks combos on the static pole but discovered the beauty of flow in dance choreographies on spinning and static poles. It was challenging in the beginning, with her instructors screaming at the whole class to point their toes. However, once she opened up her heart to embrace the music, the rest flowed naturally. She has since taken part in several dance recitals and competitions.
Jen finds that pole dancing is different from going to the gym and requires a lot more hard work than one thinks. She perceives it as a fun way to not only boost confidence, build stamina and gain body awareness, but create wonderful friendships with those who share the same passion! Coupled with the opportunity to satisfy the inner shopaholic (because you get to buy pole wears and heels), Jen urges everyone to cast aside their reservations and give pole dancing a shot!
When not upside down on a pole, Jen can be found dabbling in other forms of aerial arts such as hoop and hammock.
