In order to provide our services however, your data will be shared with the following third parties:

• Companies involved in your class/course bookings with us, such as payment service providers, and our main app provider, Glofox
• Law enforcement and fraud prevention agencies or anybody required by law

Mauve will employ appropriate risk-based measures to protect Customer Personal Data, including encryption, pseudonymization, and other appropriate measures such as employing algorithms for hashing secrets, including passwords and API tokens used for accessing systems containing Customer Personal Data.

While we will do our best to secure our systems and website, we cannot warrant the security of any information that is sent to us. You are responsible for securing and maintaining the privacy of your password(s) and Glofox account registration information. You are responsible for verifying that the information we maintain about you is accurate and up to date. We are not responsible for protecting any information that we share with a third party based on an account of your authorization.
